When you think about angelic voices, the name Katie Noonan immediately springs to mind. Katie and her soul-piercing vocals came into the spotlight back in 2002 as part of Aussie orchestral-pop-rock band George. Since then she has had a hand in many other projects and has embraced her opera and jazz roots in her myriad of recordings since, including the 2007 solo album Skin.

Now in 2010, Katie is back on the road with a new band and a brand new album to boot!

Katie Noonan & The Captains have been writing and performing over the last couple of years and have recently released their debut album Emperor's Box.
